If you’re flush with cash, this is the yakinku to splurge at. The minimum per person is 8,000Yen and goes above 10,000Yen. The interesting thing about this place is that they don’t depend on fat to deliver beef flavour, instead opting for leaner high grade cuts of beef. There is a decent amount of food for the price and the cuts range from innards to prime filets, in chef’s choice format. While the flavour isn’t as strong as A5, you’ll be getting beefy flavour without feeling glutted from overwhelming fat. The primest cuts are cooked for you (at the table), so they’re perfect. The rest will depend on your BBQ skills.
