Vey pleasant Soba noodles diner.

In the middle at a very busy area, the diner I had was really nice.
Less authentic (English menus!!), no classic Japanese tables but extremely pleasant staff who really are trying their best with a smile.
The soba noodles with tempura was very tasty and I really enjoyed it.

If you are in the area , I would for sure recommend this place for their Soba!

Belated review and I didn't even get a picture of my soba with tempura. Perhaps the notable thing is that it had empty seats even though it's a first-floor location. That was quite a busy time in the neighborhood and we had searched for a place for a while. Perhaps less popular but probably more likely that we had just been searching for so long that most folks had finished eating. It isn't facing a major street, but there are several big streets nearby and lots of people were wandering around... I thought it was pretty good, but I'm not such an expert in judging soba. The tempura was a typical assortment. A light atmosphere, quite Japanese. I'd estimate about 30 seats, and I didn't even check the Wi-Fi situation.

It is a long-established soba restaurant in Nihonbashi. It has good taste, good customer service, and good atmosphere. You can eat soba on the first floor or in the basement. Set meals are served on the second and third floors. However, the third floor is a tatami room, so if you prefer to sit at a table, the second floor is recommended.

I had been a regular at Rikyuan from 2013 to 2018, and their authentic soba noodle experience never failed to impress. It's not just food, it's a full immersion into traditional Japanese culture. I strongly recommend their scrumptious pork rice bowl - a must-try for any food lover. Plus, the serving speed is a big plus. Always quick, but never compromising on the quality. A gem for anyone seeking the true essence of Japanese cuisine.

Nice udon and soba place, clearly frequented by locals. Very efficient staff and prompt service. Piping hot delicious noodles were served really quickly.
