I visited here for lunch with a loved one.
The weather was unexpectedly sunny and the temperature was high... I thought it was finally going to cool down... but the air conditioner was out of order in the store...😂

No, but the taste should be fine!

It turned out just as I expected😍Let's eat what we both want! There is a consensus.

Yakisoba, fried rice, and dandan noodles.

All of them were delicious.
I'm definitely a repeat customer if it's close to where I live 😍

Salt Ramen - Delicious thin noodles.
Tandan noodles - Mild and rich soy milk soup with little spiciness. I want to go again.

I made a reservation the day before. It is a popular restaurant that is fully booked, so it is better to make a reservation.
It was a nice Chinese restaurant with a nice atmosphere.

I'm a local, but this was my first visit.
The fried rice was as delicious as its reputation. You can see that it is popular as a street Chinese restaurant.
Mapo tofu and dandan noodles also seem to be popular, so I'd like to try them next time.
They had Shaoxing wine that looked delicious, so I would like to try it if I have a chance.
It was a busy lunch time, so I can't say that the service or atmosphere was particularly good, but I was personally impressed by the personality of the owner and his wife (?).
This is a store I would like to visit again.

It was after 1pm on a holiday, so I got in just in time. Since it was late, the noodle menu was the only menu available, so I ordered the creamy dandan noodles. It was delicious.
