The food was fantastic with a strong focus on fresh ingredients. We started off with the mixed salad and the caprese salad for our appetizers. These appetizers were delectably light and very healthy. My main course was the beef with olive oil and arugula salad. The beef was very tender and flavorful and the arugula tasted so fresh. The meal was ended with a dessert of granita and gelato. Both were excellent.
Dining here made for an excellent end of our day out in Tokyo. We are very appreciative of having had such a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It got me little worried, but after being served a nice glass of spumante and awesomely fresh salad, then I started feeling pretty good about having this experience all by ourselves.
This is Puglia cuisine, not a typical Italian food you are accustomed in Japan. It is all about extracting the essence of each ingredient to the highest presentation, and according to myself, a man who lived in Puglia for 3 years, it is safe to say that the chef Ebe is the master of art. The art of subtraction.
I had spaghetti with cardoncelli and ricotta which was amazing. My date had linguine with sea urchin. Hand made pasta was also very fresh and cooked to perfect al-dente.
We were in 2, had antipasto/primo/secondo and shared a desert. (fig gelato...I'd come back for this too). We had 2 glasses of spumante, some fresh juice, passito, and espresso.
It costed us around 7,000 yen per person. I would say it is extremely cheap for what I had experienced for good 2 hours of relaxed time with awesome food.
I'd hate to see if the place will be crowded, but I feel sorry to see such a nice place empty on weekday night. So I decided to share my experience.
Thank you again for Chef Ebe, and Mr Kato, and to all other nice people at the place helped us to have a wonderful evening.
