A cozy eatery with a regularly bustling line outside.
This dip styled ramen shop is deliciously worth wait times, and weather. You tell the staff how many guests, when they tell you to you go just past the doors and select what you want via the ticket dispenser, then wait outside until they ready a table for you, you come in and say if you do or don't want an apron to avoid the splash of your broth, and then enjoy!
Noodles are filling, so I only got a normal size tsukemen with a side of egg and extra meat. Just dip the noodles bite by bite and enjoy!

The food is really good. The house made spice blend fitted perfectly to the soup.
It's like a ramen restaurant, so you cannot spend a long and relaxing time in the shop.

It has a branch at Tokyo station but this place is way much better with fewer people waiting in the line, we visited on Jan 2 lunch around 13:30 without queuing!
The noodle (tsekemen つけめん) was so great! Great noodle and special taste of broth. Love their seasoning at the table which are rarely find in other ramen stores.
Definitely come again!
