An Italian restaurant located about 2 minutes walk from Daimon Station.
Visited for lunch on a weekday.

Italian restaurant with only 8 counter seats.
There is a line for lunch, and the ratio of female customers is particularly high.

On this day, the chef will be operating in one operation.
It seems better to give yourself some time.

Lunch is purchased from the ticket vending machine at the entrance.
However, you only have a meal ticket for set A, and the daily pasta menu is ordered verbally.
I ordered anchovy and spinach peperoncino (1100 yen).

-----

[Homemade ham salad]

The ham that comes first as a salad for lunch is very delicious.
It has a moist texture, just the right amount of salt, and mellow fat, and there's no weird flavor, so it's worth coming here just to eat it.

It seems like I was asked about the amount of ham before, but that wasn't the case.
There was just enough for about 5 tickets.

【Focaccia】

It is served piping hot in the oven.
The perfect focaccia with crispy skin and chewy inside.

[Anchovy and spinach peperoncino]

Simple peperoncino.
The emulsified sauce is firmly entwined, and the flavor is more like spinach than anchovies.
I didn't really notice it when I was eating the pasta, but when I dipped the bread in the sauce, I could really taste the chili pepper.

-----

It was a very satisfying pasta lunch.

It was a feast.

Weekday lunch: Lined up due to full seats

Arrive at 11:55
Entered the store at 12:15
Buy a meal ticket, sit down, and the chef will ask you about it right away.
I told them about the pasta and 5 minutes later the salad was served.
Pasta after another 10 minutes

In the meantime, drink some cool jasmine tea and wait.

〇A set 1300
Ham salad, focaccia, pasta of your choice
Arrabbiata with fresh tomatoes and eggplant

French dressing has a sour taste
Plain and light taste. The thinly sliced carrots are also very delicious!

Roast beef ham cooked at low temperature
The streaks and the residue that remains in the mouth are extremely detailed and soft. Since we use lean meat, the flavor of the meat is rich!

Pasta cooked well enough to retain its core
I can smell the parsley,
It's not that rich tomato sauce.
Fresh tomato sauce with a slightly oily and sour taste
Eggplant soaked in spiciness is addictive.
Even though it was quite large, I ate it all in one go.
It looks like there isn't much sauce, but it's amazing that it doesn't get absorbed by the noodles.

The focaccia is served when the pasta is half eaten.
The sound of my heart pounding from the seat next to me,
I'm really looking forward to it. Although it is toasted quite hard,
Very crisp and chewy inside.
It smelled like yeast.
Add plenty of leftover sauce and enjoy. . .
I'm full

A small shop with only a counter. You can also see the food clearly.
First, I had the wild boar soup. It had a gentle taste with no boar smell at all.
The homemade ham was moist and tasted like pork.
The caprese cheese had a melty texture that balanced well with the sweetness of the tomatoes and strawberries.
The conger eel frites had a simple seasoning of cheese and salt that brought out the good ingredients.
The pasta with salmon filling was rich and delicious with the butter sauce, and the pasta with tripe and lotus root that followed was a tomato sauce that had a strong taste but was refreshing with a bit of sourness.
The dessert, Montebianco, was not just fresh cream, but a mildly sweet dessert that was made by adding cheese and mixing it on the spot, then covering it with chestnut paste.
Each and every dish is carefully prepared, and I would like to come back to eat them again.
