Yesterday we visited the Royal Garden cafe in Toyosu with our friend. I ordered their Laksa pasta, tomato soup pasta, pita bread with humus and grill calamari. The pasta was really delicious. The laksa is not the traditional Singaporean or Malaysian laksa, but the soup base and pasta were really well made. Quite a creative laksa both in presentation and taste. Highly recommend to try. The other dishes too were very good. Nice atmosphere with spacious seating.

Ordered a steak medium rare-medium and received a well done steak. They offered to cook another one but due to slow service and an appointment I couldn’t wait. Steak improperly seared also. Worst piece of beef so far in Tokyo. I’m sure someone else’s experience would be different. An off day I guess.

The food was great and the service was great. The kids meal chicken was burned the first time it came out but was fine the second. Staff is very friendly and the service is rather fast. Recommend for a nice lunch, tea or dinner.

Had my first ever experience having served uncooked mushrooms on pizza. It might have been because of timing, but the service was not great either. After booking a table over the phone, I went in and saw outdoor seats and asked if I could sit out instead. The server, without any eye contact said “would you like to change your reservation to outdoor seats?” which I responded with a simple “yes” without knowing that a table was prepared indoors. That confirmation just made the experience slightly unpleasant. The place looks fancy but they could work on services if they are going to charge $15 for uncooked pizza -2/10.

Easy recommendation. Tucked away in a corner of Lalaport 3, it's very spacious and has a warm vibe. Probably because its easy to miss, you can walk in without having to reserve. Dishes we ordered we're consistently good, staff were friendly. Would recommend trying a few of the appetizers which were a hit. Prices are also reasonable considering location and quality.
