Rukuma Tokyo Description

Rukuma Tokyo is a unique and captivating restaurant located in Tokyo, Japan. This restaurant is known for its pursuit of new possibilities in pork cuisine, offering a sophisticated and adult dining experience. Since its opening, Rukuma Tokyo has been serving exceptionally fresh pork hormone grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal, a traditional Japanese charcoal known for its high heat and long burning time.

One of the highlights of Rukuma Tokyo is their 'Day0' hormone, which is a delicacy that can only be tasted here. The owner personally selects and imports hormone every morning, ensuring the highest quality and freshness. On Wednesdays, guests can enjoy a special course featuring 'Tenchiguro Pork,' a premium brand of pork from Kaneko Livestock, recommended by the owner. This course showcases the restaurant's commitment to pushing the boundaries of hormone cuisine and exploring new flavors.

In addition to hormone dishes, Rukuma Tokyo offers a diverse menu that goes beyond the traditional concept of hormone. Guests can indulge in homemade prosciutto, bacon, hormone curry, and even ramen, showcasing the restaurant's versatility and creativity. The elegant and intimate ambiance, with dimmed lighting, makes Rukuma Tokyo the perfect choice for a special occasion or a memorable dining experience with loved ones.

With its dedication to sourcing the finest ingredients and its innovative approach to pork cuisine, Rukuma Tokyo sets itself apart from other dining establishments. Whether you're a pork lover or simply looking for a unique culinary experience, Rukuma Tokyo is a must-visit destination in Tokyo.

This is the best yakiniku place in tokyo. Its quite a distance from the main tourist centers (shibuya crossing) but its worth the long walk (20 minute walk). The waiter was very nice to us and went as far as using google translate to recommend to us the most tasty dish on the menu. Their service was really great - i highly recommend them.

This hidden gem serves tasty food. You should try it even if you are not a fan of offal. The texture and taste of the well-marinated grilled offal will get you hooked. The omakase comes with other delicious dishes, one of which was soup in a mushroom. A little bit hard to find as it is in a back alley and there is no visible signage.

Stumbled across this while wandering to look for some dinner. Was outside wondering if we should head on in and a waitress told us to come in.

Very kind waitresses! Got some wagyu dishes and the vegetables (non all you can eat). Would definitely come back again!
