If you happen to drop by Shin koiwa, definitely come to this place.
Although it is too salty for me (well, almost all ramen in Japan is too salty for me.).
Clean and tidy with bright lightings, pretty spacious to enjoy you Ramen.
The soup is so nice that I finished the whole bowl of the soup by adding cold water to it to make it not so salty
This Ramen shop really has nice flavour.
シヤモラメン
I will definitely come back to try other menu.

Came to the store on Sunday 11th. I was able to enter the store first without lining up. Since it's my first time, I especially order Kutanmen for 1,400 yen *Cash only. It takes a little time because it comes with stir-fried meat and vegetables. The ramen came in about 10 minutes. It looks delicious! Let's start with the soup. Delicious😋It has a rich seafood flavor, but it has an elegant taste. You can choose between medium-thick and thick noodles, and I chose the thick noodles. I ordered a large serving because it was free.
It comes with dried seaweed, but it changes the taste a lot, so it's better to add a little bit and check before eating.
The special feature is the meat ☝️ It's soft, flavorful and delicious 😋
Next time I want to eat Chinese noodles.

I had a large serving of Koikeya Tanmen with thick noodles. The soup is rich and delicious with just the right amount of spiciness and numbing sensation. The noodles are chewy and the vegetables are crunchy. The cubed chashu was rare and delicious. It was a great restaurant that made me want to go back and try other menu items. 6/30 I ate Shamo Soba Beast. It was really delicious. 8/7 I ate chilled gamecock Chinese food. The noodles were chewy and went well with the sweet soup, making it delicious. 11/24 I had dried sardines tanmen. It was really delicious. 12/3 I had abura soba. The thick noodles and sauce are the best. The onions were a nice accent. Even though the pork is thick, it's still soft. 12/26 I had the special pork tongue, a large serving, and the back fat topping. it's the best.
