Ryuuki Review Summary

Very tasty & juicy xiao long baos! Was a little worried of grumpy service when I read the reviews before going, but tbh the older man is not unfriendly - he just gets you your order and you pay. He is able to speak mandarin too.
We got additional takeaway back to our hotel because it is that good.

They just made fresh dumplings so they were really hot, good flavour, great soup. Nice for a little snack!

Taste wonderful with Mandarin Chinese atmosphere. Fried Siu Long Bao(焼き小籠包) and Dan dan Mee(坦々麺) are the signature.
Service level would bet controversial but it’s actually neutral style in Chinese unlike Japanese based on my experience. If you’re familiar with Chinese style, you’ll even feel a sort of nostalgia but definitely different from Japanese normal service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The lady was so rude and not at all tourist friendly. After ordering 2x dumplings she was insulting my husband and I in Mandarin to her colleague.

The dumpling was luke warm and hard at the bottom. It was a complete waste of time and money.

There are so many options to eat in Japan. Do not waste your time and money on unkind people.

Terrible customer experience. I paid for 4 dumplings and the attendant charged me for 8 and gave me no receipt. Since I'm just learning Japanese, she took advantage of that and not only she charged me for 8, but also started shouting when I claimed it back.

If you cannot speak Japanese or Chinese, I strongly suggest you to don't step in that place
