The shari is made from sticky rice, so chewy and delicious!
Both the tempura and the stew were delicious.
I was surprised at how sweet the raw carrots were.

The store has private rooms with tatami rooms and a counter, making it extremely convenient.
The most popular item is the grilled mackerel sushi that you can take out for 600 yen. The mackerel with just the right amount of oil and the delicious local rice have a good balance, and the vinegar has a light effect, making it a very delicious mackerel sushi that gets better the longer you let it sit. I definitely want to go again.

I couldn't order much else, but it looked and tasted delicious.

I spoke at the counter with the shop owner who is knowledgeable about Amami Oshima.
The two types of mackerel sushi in the photo were also very delicious.
