Saeki Hanten is a one-off Chinese restaurant that skillfully uses gentle seasoning and spices, and it became difficult to make reservations soon after opening.
This store is located between Meguro Station and Ebisu, about a 10-minute walk.
The exterior is a long and narrow store with white walls and the store name written on the glass window of the wooden door.
The interior has counter seats in the front, one table in the back, and a well-maintained kitchen in front of the counter.
After training at Heichinro and Akasaka Rigu, Chef Saeki traveled to Hong Kong and China, and since then he has traveled all over the world, constantly updating his own cuisine.
Even though he is a one-time operator, he skillfully prepares dishes for 12 people.
The food had a perfect amount of salt, a gentle flavor, and skillfully used coriander and spices, allowing me to enjoy Chinese food like no other.
I was very satisfied with the alcohol at around 10,000 yen.

Enjoy the texture and aroma of celery and the flavor of octopus in a dish that uses the goodness of fermentation.

The spring rolls are also delicious, with the flavor of the tortoise and the moist texture of the mushrooms wrapped around the crispy dough.

An elegant soup with a gentle flavor and the richness of the tortoise and the umami of the meat.
■Rice with char siu and chicken stock
The char siu was moist, tender, and just the right amount of sweetness, and it was absolutely delicious! The jasmine rice is fluffy and has the flavor and aroma of chicken, which goes perfectly with the chashu.
■Kyue garlic
Kue has a rich, fatty flavor and is seasoned with garlic and soy sauce.
■Stir-fried Kumano chicken
Kumano chicken is chewy and chewy.
■Stir-fried Hiyuna with boiled peppers
Hiyuna has a rich flavor and is tender and delicious.
■Bean paste fried rice
The texture of the fried rice with jasmine rice, chicken, char siu, shrimp, and vegetables and the delicious bean paste are irresistible.

Ramen with elegant, gentle and flavorful soup combined with mustard greens and winter melon.
