Saganobori Description
The owner, a former sumo wrestler who has traveled all over Japan in search of the best flavors, has crafted a chanko-nabe that is truly unparalleled. Guests can choose from three different broth options - salt, soy sauce, or spicy - and indulge in a variety of ingredients such as tender meat, fresh vegetables, chicken dumplings, udon noodles, and a touch of yuzu pepper. Each element of the dish is carefully selected to create a harmonious and satisfying dining experience.
Not only does Saganobori excel in chanko-nabe, but their lunch menu also offers a range of unique and flavorful dishes. From the medicinal curry to the popular five-color natto rice bowl, every item on the menu showcases the chef's dedication to creating innovative and delicious meals.
The restaurant's interior is warm and inviting, with seating options that cater to different group sizes and preferences. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or business associates, Saganobori provides a versatile space that can accommodate up to 45 guests.
For those seeking an authentic taste of Japan and a dining experience like no other, Saganobori is the perfect choice. With its exquisite chanko-nabe and a menu that showcases the best of Japanese cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit for food enthusiasts and sumo wrestling fans alike.

I'd also recommend coming for dinner as during lunch things seem to get a bit hectic since so many business people come by for lunch, I think some have experienced this.
