A goat restaurant run by the proprietress alone. Reservations are essential, but I probably won't answer the phone after the store opens at 17:00. It takes a long time and forgets to order, but don't worry about it. Goat sashimi, goat grill, and goat soup all have the best taste, and you will be impressed by how delicious goat is. Accounting is almost self-reported and calculated by mental arithmetic. Accounting is cash only.

It was my first time to eat goat meat, and it was delicious and not too flavorful! It was a fun conversation with the proprietress, and she treated me really well, making me want to come back again. She made carrot siri siri right in front of me and taught me how to make it, and it was really delicious! I was able to eat so much even with a full stomach! I was still a minor when I went to the store with my father, who is a regular, but this is a store I definitely want to visit when I visit Okinawa as an adult.

A goat restaurant located just off Kokusai Street.
It is famous for being run by the proprietress by herself, and was filled with many customers including local regulars and tourists.
I went there around 6pm, but there were already a lot of customers inside, and it seemed like there were multiple reservations, so it seemed like the entrance was about to be closed.
The atmosphere is more like an izakaya where you can enjoy some goat meat and drink alcohol than go out to eat.
The goat meat provided had little odor and taste, and was delicious even as sashimi.
Above all, the hostess is interesting, and that alone makes me want to visit.
You can have fun even if you go alone, and you can also make friends with the regulars.
If you just want to eat regular food, this may not be for you.

Located about 5 minutes from Yui Rail Makishi!
The store opened at 5pm and I went there 5 minutes before 5pm.
The lady (landlady) of the store came out and said she was going to buy some ketchup.
Opening time is 17:10 lol
This shop is run by a lady (landlady) by herself.
I tend to forget what I'm doing because I'm talking about various things while working.
Customer support will be required lol
Thanks to this, customers can connect with each other, and I think this is a restaurant that can be enjoyed by one or more people!

“Goat Cuisine Sakae @ Makishi (Okinawa)”
・Orion beer (bottle) 700 yen
・Zuisen 800 yen
・Medicinal miso 400 yen
・Goat sashimi 1,800 yen
・Yaki goat 1,800 yen
・Goat soup 1,800 yen

[Orion Beer]
The older sister asked me if I wanted Orion beer or Awamori.
I thought about making awamori, but
My older sister told me that Orion Beer is kept well chilled, so I went with Orion Beer lol

[Zuisen]
This is the only awamori in the shop that is kept in a jar!
I was also happy that it was served in a Dachibin☺️
You can also choose your favorite glass from the Ryukyu glasses in the shop!

[Medicinal miso]
Medicinal miso from “Anders” featured in Oishinbo Volume 28!
It doesn't contain meat, but it feels like there is meat in it, which is strange but delicious 😋
You can use it as is or use it with rice or side dishes to change the taste 👍

[Goat sashimi]
Menu that everyone who visits our store is looking for 🐐
Eat goat skin and lean meat with garlic, ginger and soy sauce!
It's odorless and delicious!

[Yaki goat]
Goat grilled over high heat!
On the way, you can see the performance of the lady (landlady) turning the frying pan 😄
It was so delicious because it only had salt on it!

【Omelet】
Tamagoyaki not on the menu!
At the request of a regular customer who wants to eat 🍳
We divided 10 eggs among 6 customers!
Easy to make with a round frying pan 👏
It was spicy and delicious with tomato ketchup made from Okinawan chili peppers!

【Sata Andagi】
This is also not on the menu lol
I made it using commercially available sata andagi powder!
I ate the finished product many times,
It was my first time eating freshly fried food and it was completely different 🥹
I ate it as is and with my sister's special ginger 🫚, and the one with ginger was exquisite 👍

[Goat soup]
The food starts cooking near the store's opening time and is ready to eat after 8pm.
It seems to be made with goat soki and salt,
The flavor of the goat blended well, and the goat meat was soft and delicious!

It was the perfect start to our Okinawa trip!
