As the name suggests, this is a restaurant that serves sake, eel, and game meat. There are game dishes centered around brown bear, rabbit, boar, deer, duck, etc. We also have a wide selection of Japanese sake, which goes well with the slightly addictive game dishes. The grilled eel is crispy and goes well with sake. The dish was gibier cheese minced meat cutlet, which was delicious and the flavor of the cheese went well with the gibier. The fried oysters were fried with flour instead of breadcrumbs and were delicious. For people who like Japanese sake, I would recommend this as there are many snacks that go well with sake.
