Seasonal cuisine and delicious sake.
Sake is coming out more and more. What particularly left an impression on me was Michelle's dish, which had a strong sourness but was somehow sweet.Mushroom minced meat and rice cooked with yellowtail and ginkgo nuts. I want to eat it again.

I live overseas, so I have no problem eating at the same counter as foreigners, but I feel like this space, where there are only Japanese people, is very calming and creates a relaxed atmosphere.

While I would love to bring my foreign friends, it's still a restaurant I'd like to keep a secret.

This is a Japanese sake izakaya with the concept of being a restaurant for Japanese sake lovers, by Japanese sake lovers, and for Japanese sake lovers.
It is a restaurant with good cost performance at 10,000 yen for the omakase only course that starts at 7:00 pm.
Reservations are required and can be made through Facebook.
All of the sake accompaniments are delicious and go well with the sake.
On this day, 13 types of sake were offered, each with different characteristics.
The sake comes out at a fast pace, so I think it's good for sake lovers.
The food was delicious. Also, the burdock minced meat cutlet and soup stock sandwich were delicious.
For the final meal, I had a refreshing bowl of cold sakura shrimp soba.
Dessert is pudding.

The food and drinks were very good, but my only regret was that the seats near the entrance had a lot of wind noise from the ventilation, so I couldn't hear the brewer talking inside at all.
It was nice to be able to come and talk to you later.
If I have another chance, this is the store I would like to visit.
