This is a Japanese sake izakaya with the concept of being a restaurant for Japanese sake lovers, by Japanese sake lovers, and for Japanese sake lovers.
It is a restaurant with good cost performance at 10,000 yen for the omakase only course that starts at 7:00 pm.
Reservations are required and can be made through Facebook.
All of the sake accompaniments are delicious and go well with the sake.
On this day, 13 types of sake were offered, each with different characteristics.
The sake comes out at a fast pace, so I think it's good for sake lovers.
The food was delicious. Also, the burdock minced meat cutlet and soup stock sandwich were delicious.
For the final meal, I had a refreshing bowl of cold sakura shrimp soba.
Dessert is pudding.
