I saw on Instagram that the thick-sliced beef tongue curry was back for a limited time, so I went there for the first time last week!
I went there for the first time, so I remember being shocked to learn that although it was on the menu (at the time), it was no longer available due to difficulties in purchasing it.
After that, I kept going for a while, hoping that it would reopen, but then it disappeared from the menu and I completely forgot about it.
The first time I tried beef tongue curry, the meat was large, thick, and chewy, but it had the chewy texture of beef tongue, and I was satisfied...or rather, happy.
The chives and ginger that were included as seasoning were also good accents.

Sorry for not being there on the day of your visit.
After coming to Sapporo, I wasn't interested in soup curry for a while, but a colleague told me, ``Soup curry is completely different depending on the restaurant, so I recommend going to many different restaurants to find the one you like and the level of spiciness you like.'' "It's fun," he said, so I first visited this place, which was the closest to my house, about two years ago. Since then, I have been visiting regularly.
I've eaten several dishes near my home and work, but this soup curry is my favorite. Is it imprinted lol? Well, I've never felt like, "I want to eat there again!" at other restaurants, so it must be different!
I always order a curry with American sausage and hash brown potatoes, but although it's called sausage, it's not stuffed with intestines as you might imagine!
It's like a chewy hamburger steak. This is also delicious. Even if you enter the store thinking about ordering something else on the menu, you end up ordering this one before you realize it.
Anyway, vegetables are delicious!
Previously, when I ordered broccoli topping and asked them to remove the potato, they suggested that I could replace it, and since then I have asked for it every time.
(When I learned that some restaurants do not allow you to exchange ingredients, I was once again impressed with the quality of this restaurant's service. Thank you 🙏)
Fried? Is your broccoli sticky? I love it because it has an indescribably wonderful texture.
Carrots are surprisingly sweet. I'm surprised every time.
The eggplant skin is also soft and delicious.
I like it a little spicy, so I set the spiciness level to 4, the amount of rice is normal, and I put the grilled cheese topping on the rice (you can choose to put it on the curry). The boiled egg you order according to your mood has a strong flavor and is as delicious as the curry!
I've ordered grilled cheese and broccoli at other soup curry restaurants, but this one is the most delicious!
All the staff who serve customers have nice smiles and make you feel comfortable during your stay.
I'll visit you again soon.
