A most memorable meal and evening. To sit outside overlooking Rainbow Bridge and city, watching nightfall was so special. Staff very attentive and friendly. Food is very high quality and every bite was delicious. Higher prices appropriate. Watanabe, our host, was wonderfully patient with us as Australians. Highly recommended.

Our experience at Sakura in the Hilton Tokyo Odaiba was deeply disappointing. As Hilton Diamond Members, we expected exceptional service and ambiance. While the Japanese cuisine was beautifully presented, with delicate sashimi garnishes and traditional accompaniments, the dining atmosphere was completely ruined by the shocking view from our window seat. The garden, which should have provided a serene backdrop, instead offered an unwelcome dinner show of rats scurrying about, making it nearly impossible to enjoy our meal.
This unacceptable situation severely undermined the reputation of both the restaurant and the Hilton brand. The stark contrast between the upscale interior and the pest-infested exterior was jarring and completely inappropriate for a high-end hotel restaurant. We strongly urge the management to address this serious health and safety concern immediately. Until then, we cannot recommend dining at Sakura, despite the quality of the food, as the overall experience falls far short of the standards expected from a Hilton property, especially for loyal Diamond Members.

After the conference and before catching my flight, I chose this restaurant for its convenience to enjoy my final Japanese dinner in Tokyo. The sashimi, grilled fish, tempura, and cooked dishes all met expectations, but unfortunately, the sushi fell short. It was too dry for my liking, and the experience was disappointing. I couldn't even finish one due to its dryness, and I was uncertain about the pressed sushi mentioned on the menu. Despite having some excellent sake, the overall Japanese food experience wasn't as impressive as I had hoped.

The most delightful way to kick off your day. Every sweet is a unique masterpiece, and the mochis are simply divine. The view is absolutely breathtaking - it's the perfect morning experience.

Flavorful Teppanyaki lunch course and love the experience of chef cooking wagyu beef, We were seated in front of the grill. Chef and staff provided info of the course meal then served with soup, salad, side dish veggies, pork, wagyu beef, rice and dessert, hot tea.
Salad & dressing tastes good topped with beef and grilled crispy cheese. Wagyu medium rare was grilled just right and delicious.
On dessert /tea time, Staff escorted us to transfer to another table with a better view overlooking Rainbow Bridge ,then serve dessert and tea.. I will come back! Thank you for the wonderful lunch experience and service!
