We had a delightful and delicious 6 course chef’s dinner here for our last night in Tokyo. The food was creative and beautifully presented. And they were willing to prepare a special menu for one of our party who has multiple food allergies.

A true gem in Ginza for someone who loves or is interested in old French dishes.

I've been searching for years to try Ries de Veau and I finally got to try one here. IT WAS DELICIOUS. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.

The fish was I think swordfish which was pretty good.

The chestnut cake thoughn, sacre bleu, the best cake I've ever had! It's like a mousse. Super balanced flavor and lovely texture.

The menu here only comes in Japanese and French so have Google ready if you're not familiar. But the server can speak good English and is willing to help out.

Lovely cuisine lyonnaise, some of the best andouillette I had. The quenelles were also delicious. Highly recommended.

First visit after moving from Toranomon to Ginza. In fact, it was the first time in 15 years. The chef's Lyon cuisine is still alive and well. The sweets also include the power of young people. Above all, the hospitality on the floor was wonderful and I really enjoyed it.

This time, I ordered the chef's choice course, and I was reminded once again that the true value of Salamange is Lyon cuisine, which should be enjoyed à la carte.
