I visited in May 2022 and ordered the dinner course (9,350 yen) and full wine pairing course (7,200 yen).
This is a restaurant with a stylish interior that resembles a detached house, and the tables are spaced widely apart, so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner.
The course meals use plenty of seasonal local ingredients, and the portions are large so you can fully enjoy each dish and ingredient.
In particular, the ceviche made with pepperfish, bluefin squid, and cucumber, and the semi-rare appetizer of grilled barracuda were both creative and delicious.
I was satisfied with the wine pairing, which matched well with the food. The staff were thorough in explaining the food and wine, and the hospitality was pleasant.
