Salmon Noodle 3.0 Review Summary

The food is really good and the prices are good as well! Would definitely come more often if I lived in the area. The side of rice is nice to finish the leftover soup.

The Reman is superb. The soup base is very flavorful. I ended up drinking them all. If you don't like fish or salmon, it may not be for you, hints the name. The order is easy at the machine and sits down, Typical Japanese way which I'm still trying to get used to. If you want something more after your ordering on the machine they have people there to help. The only complaint I have is (generally that's for the entire Tokyo) they could have turn on the AC a little higher, I was sweating thru my shirt. But the ramen is so worth it.

I got the salmon Dan Dan noodles. The ramen were beautifully presented and you can tell a lot of work went into each part.

The noodles unfortunately weren’t to my taste, and the soup felt like it was missing something— it’s supposed to be a salmon broth I think. However the meal was still delicious - 4 stars.

My wife and I visited this place a couple of times in Kagurazaka. The ramen served at this place was truly an exceptional ramen dining experience, where the East meets West. Looking for fusion with tastes that blow your mind, in my opinion, this can be one of them in Tokyo.

Thanks to my friend Edmond taking me here! This is one of the yummiest ramen I have in this Japan trip. The seasonal (March) ramen has the broth that is very rich with grilled salmon (I believe it is 😛) flavour and aroma… together with truffle … boy I wish they have this in Canada 🥲. Really glad my friend took me to this place! I really like it!
