Magical miso ramen and chashu. Their soup just kept me guessing what they put in it to be so good. The chashu just the right amount of softness and well seasoned. I recommend eating some without mixing in the ginger then mixing in for some mild change in flavors. I got the miso chashu ramen which is just extra meat. Got there at 11 on a saturday waited maybe 40 min. There are two lines, one that goes toward the left and stops before the next business (line one) and line two starts to the right of the door and wraps around.
