Apart from the original store in Hakata, Fukuoka, this outlet comes closest to what Daruma tonkotsu is supposed to taste like. This place is known for tonkotsu (pork bone broth) so if you order anything else, you’re probably looking for trouble. Noodles were boiled to perfect firmness, and the gyoza/fried rice combo was great.
