A long-awaited first visit. They used great ingredients. Sea urchin, female spiny lobster, oysters from Mie Prefecture, etc.

Apparently it's difficult to make reservations at this restaurant, but a friend invited me here. Although it was a standing bar style, the quality of the food was excellent. Starting with the live squid pickled in Shaoxing wine, everything I ate was so delicious that I was amazed.
