Mr. Sano, the 3rd generation owner of Tsukiji Aozora Marunouchi, has been working as a general manager for many years, and now he is independent. A general who was a clasp for Group 1, his previous affiliation. Nigiri is delicious

In addition to the lunch course, we had all the ingredients we could make. What caught my attention was ``Ikura'', a specialty from the Marunouchi era. The appearance of holding salmon roe makes an impact, the sticky yet popping texture is interesting, and the gentle taste of miso is delicious. The shari is cooked so hard that you can feel the grains in your mouth, and the acidity is a little strong, so the overall taste is refreshing and you won't get tired of eating it.
Just like in Marunouchi, the seeds can be changed every day, so I think the satisfaction is more than just the price. If I were to point out a problem, it would be that I was very concerned about the fact that there were various things (such as the shells of prawns that had been peeled) placed in a position that could be seen from the counter. Master Sano's sushi is very beautiful in shape and manner, so I would like him to show us not only his sushi, but also his ``attractive'' sushi.

Men's sushi with a strong acidity is outstanding.
