A Chinese restaurant located between Shinseicho Station and Takatake Station.
There is also yakitori.
I visited because I was able to make a reservation over the phone for a later session.
There was a counter, but it was a private room.
Even in the private room, there was no stress at all, such as providing drinks and it was wonderful.
This is a course that includes all-you-can-drink for 18,000 yen.
My personal favorite is the returned bonito from Toyama!
It was mixed with peppers and was really delicious.
As a lamb lover, the mutton mapo tofu was also very delicious.
It was very nice to have a large selection of items and a lot of alcohol.
I was able to use my credit card.
■Fried red chicken wings
Stuffed with crab and yuzu rice.
■Toyama Returned Bonito, Pitan, Manganji Tang
■Onion leaves, beef dumplings, medicinal steamed soup
■Hokkaido Cod Milt Spring Roll Karasumi
Karasumi mixed with Shaoxing wine
■Shanghai crab miso xiao long bao
■ Needed Wagyu Beef, Grated Oni, Spicy Sauce
Shabu-shabu style
■Ishikawa natural yellowtail, Jinjiang black vinegar
Looks like sweet and sour pork.
■Cumin-scented mutton mapo tofu
■Jasmine rice
■〆Dandan noodles
■Official almond tofu
■Chachai Chinese tea

This restaurant is located in a renovated old folk house in the north of Shinei. It's so creative that you could say it's breaking new ground in Chinese cuisine, but it's all full of wonderful dishes that are truly Chinese, and all of them are rich and delicious. At the end of the meal, we also had Sichuan mapo and dan dan noodles, making for a highly satisfying course meal. Above all, the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and cheerful, and I really enjoyed my meal time.

It was a happy course where you could eat small portions of meat, fish, rice, and noodles, all of which were consistently delicious. . In particular, the black vinegar on the yellowtail was not as greasy as the sweet and sour pork, so it was very smooth.
Thank you for the meal!
