Great omakase experience experienced with their meat dishes. The meats come from different regions and in Japan. And it's nice that they show you a chart of the cuts and where in Japan the meat was sourced from. You'll need to make reservations prior to get in, but it's well worth it. Also want to note that part of town is a bit out of the main Tokyo area so it's less touristy which was a beautiful touch

An excellent restaurant. The quality of meat were excellent. Staff were very helpful and helped us with grilling the meat so they are at their best state when we eat. We enjoy the dinner very much.
When I tell them I can’t eat mushroom they are kind enough to remove mushrooms from the beef stew for me.
The set doesn’t look like a lot of dishes but we are all full at the end.
The chateaubriand rice was amazing, so as the finger sandwiches, they were so tendered. Even the so call lean meat were amazing.
Well worth the money and wait (as you need to book a month before).
Highly recommended restaurant.

Everything is very nice in this restaurant — the beef, sauce, rice, raw egg, and the excellent service.

Superb kobe beef and great service! We made reservation and ordered Special Wagyu course, every single serving of beef was grilled perfectly, think melt-in-your-mouth kind of texture🥹🥹🥹
Service was impeccable as well, staff able to communicate in English and always explains the cut/origin of ingredients, asks whether there is any ingredient you dislike before serving. Each ingredient is meticulously sourced from different parts of Japan, and they all complement wagyu beef perfectly (refer to photo).

Sato-Briand is a beef expert. Every part of the meal is amazing. The staff are professional and kind. Now I understand why the booking is so competitive. Do plan in advance.
