Extrenely tender juicy wagyu bbq meal, the A5 chateaubriand and the harami skirt steak is to die for, but there's so much meat in the set course that it gives us meat sweat and had to go vegetarian the next day. It would be great if the courses can be more well balanced and not just non stop meat dishes. It was getting abit uncomfortable near the end after having so much meat and the price point is quite high. We arrived about 15min earlier than our 830pm seating but was not allowed to enter the empty restaurant as they are still prepping and there's nowhere to sit outside so id recommend you not to arrive too early.

[Asagaya 1 minute walk] Satoburi DA

One of the SATO Briand Yakiniku restaurants that is difficult to get reservations for. The menu is course only. A system in which the shop staff will bake everything for you.

I've been wanting to come here for how many years because I couldn't get a reservation for the time I wanted to go...
Today's SATO main store special course is 16,000 yen.
Everything is top-notch and exquisite. The order of the courses was perfect.
In particular, Chateaubriand's cutlet sandwich is a food that cannot be called a cutlet sandwich. This is a dish that I would like to have on the menu even if it is just a single item.

The portions were so large that it was difficult to finish them all, but everyone ate them all, saying they felt like they were going to burst. I was very satisfied!
As expected from a restaurant where you can't get reservations...I want to come again.

There was a world opening up to me that I had never experienced before. ¥13000 course. No matter how much I eat, I can't stop eating (lol)

He then explains how to grill each part and the compatibility of the sauces.
In other words, you can grill everything. All the clerks are handsome (individually in charge), I feel like a celebrity!

I made some good memories of Tokyo!
However, the amount is really too much for my stomach.

The vegetables that appear here and there are doing a good job.
Not to mention the meat. The Chateaubriand cutlet sandwich and the sea urchin on top were shocking.

I personally like the roasted pistachio ice cream for dessert!

It's yakiniku, but I don't know if I can call it yakiniku. I feel like it's a new genre.

I wanted to go to Satoburi on the weekend, so I looked at the reservation site, and about two months later, I was finally able to get a spot at the third store that opened under the elevated Asagaya Station. The 16,000 yen course includes various parts, yellowtail rice, gourd rice, and beef cutlet sandwich, all of which are amazing! The taste was one of the best around here, and even Kobe people who are picky about meat would appreciate it.
If I had to complain about it, it would be that the portions were too much, and I'd rather have less, so let me eat them cheaply (lol)
I really had beef cutlet and some drinks.

Reservation required. If you can make a reservation, you should order the special course for 16,000 yen. You can eat high-quality yakiniku without having to strain your shoulders.
