Sawamura Bread & Tapas Review Summary

The coffee was excellent, and the pastries were enjoyable overall, though the cheese bread was a bit too tough. The place itself is lovely, with a great location.

Stopped by in the afternoon to grab a coffee, and it was a moderate strength and OK. It was quite quiet and the atmosphere was nice to be able to catch up with a friend or do some reading in a quiet, clean and modern cafe. We didn't try any food, but the menu seemed to serve Italian fusion food.

Tapasus dishes that go well with wine are a staple of Spanish restaurants in my part of Hong Kong.
If you have ever heard that Japanese bread is delicious, you should try the bread here. Because, as far as I know, it is the best bread in Japan, and the reason is that you can eat it every day.

The food goes well with wine, plus good bread, so it is very satisfying.
The atmosphere is more like coming with family or friends, but since there is a counter, there are probably many customers who come alone.
When I visited the restaurant, it was empty, but I recommend making a basic reservation to visit the restaurant.

On this day, I came to Tokyo right after arriving from Hong Kong without having eaten anything, so I asked for a little too much. （笑）

Randomly walked into the space. Been a while to have a good hot sandwich. Enjoyed the BLT and decaf! Somehow I like the name too!
