Scalae, this ristorante is supervised by Chef Takamasa Uetake, a legend in the Italian cuisine scene of Japan, hosted us for a delectable lunch served by ristorante manager Shimano san.

We opted for the Foglia menu and was treated to a sumptuous meal.
