This place serves great seafood for an incredible value. We tried the sashimi platter horse meat sashimi, grilled chicken and chicken wings, and a soup rice dish.

The sashimi platter was presented nicely and the seafood was fresh without any unpleasant smell. I liked the octopus the best out of all the options, as it was dusted with some toasted sesame.

The horse meat sashimi was interesting, because it tasted like Toro with a slightly gamey taste.

Both chicken dishes were worth trying, especially the chicken wing because of how huge it was. Possibly the largest chicken wing I have seen in my life.

All in all, this was a great experience

There is no shortage of dishes in choices. Portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable given the w i d e varieties of dishes this izakaya put on the menu. Feature is “live seafood” and diners are all treated at the entrance with there big blue aquarium. Can get live squid sashimi (tentacles still move) abalone too are crawling all over the plate.

Another good appetizer is local small oysters soaked in ponzu sauce.

We also tried horse sashimi (Ba-sashi) , garden salad (loaded literally in a mountain) and minced chicken meatball skewers (tsu-ku-ne) .

Most importantly, the staffs were very friendly, but need to have someone who speaks Japanese...

Their menu offered a wide variety of dishes one might anticipate! The sake menu was also quite impressive! If you were to plan to dine there in the evening, just get there early as this place can get crowded by no later than 7pm! Food was quite tasty but a bit pricey!
