My wife and I just had a meal there, and I have to say, it was spectacular

The owner personally cooked for us in front of us, providing us with small dishes of first shellfish, then vegetables, then meat, then fish and finally a dessert

He talked with us at length over some tea about the history of the building, that it was 86 years old, and that he's the third generation of owner

He walked with us through the house discussing various decorations, such as a family antique samurai helmet he placed out for his son, and some hanging tapestries, before walking with us through the garden and talking about the fish, the old bonsai trees and the freshwater well on property

It was a hell of a night, delicious

great restaurants for lunch, after eating at Michelin star in Osaka i think this place deserve themselves a star as the experience was more enjoyable, the view and ambience is amazing. food was delicious but simple. If there was printout or if staff was able to describe what we were eating better we would have been able to appreciate the food more, but they tried their best with limited english to explain. food was good and seasonal so didnt matter really. definitely will return one day.
