The location is very good with a panoramic view of Tango and Amanohashidate.
I had the sushi and kaiseki set for lunch.
It's more voluminous than it looks, which was perfect for me as a man, but it might seem too voluminous for older women.
However, all of the dishes were delicately and carefully prepared to bring out the flavor of the ingredients themselves, and the taste was elegant and gentle, so I think I was able to finish all of the dishes.

This is a restaurant located at the foot of the scenic Amanohashidate, where you can enjoy the most delicious Japanese food.
This time, it was a year-end party for a golf club. It was delicious from the crab to the puffer fish.
Tagged crabs are a winter specialty of the Sea of ​​Japan. This one was boiled.
And puffer fish.
Tebbousashi, or Tessa for short, is chewy!
I want to keep 1/3 and use it later in the pot for shabu-shabu!
The plump puffer fish hotpot skin and flesh are irresistible.
