I used it for my wedding anniversary.
Very satisfied with both the food and the service!
Focusing on local ingredients, the dishes are made from Tamba Tatekui ware, and the dishes are made as locally produced for local consumption as possible.
The temperature of the food and the pasteurization of the viando are also exquisite.
It was very delicious.
This is a restaurant that I would definitely like to visit again.


After looking at the photos in the reviews, I really liked the location and the presentation, so I made a reservation quite early and visited with my partner on our anniversary.

Honestly, as others have said, each dish is of course beautiful, but I felt the chef's confidence and commitment in terms of service, as if he was asking for something more... It was done.

The dishes are finished in such a way that you can really feel the quality of the ingredients, and I am always interested in the delicate and well-thought-out menus.
Even though there is dessert, girls can't help but be happy that there are even tea and sweets afterwards.

However, if you are looking forward to the view, it might be a good idea to let us know when making a reservation.
I'm from the countryside myself, and I was looking forward to this location more than anything, so I was expecting to be able to enjoy my meal while looking out at the view, but the only seat available was one with a wall in front of me. I couldn't enjoy the view from the seats like this...
I left the reservation to my partner, so I don't know how he made the reservation, but I made the reservation quite early.

But I guess it depends on people's values.
It was a seat that could be used as a private room, so I think it was an advantage in terms of not having to worry about other customers.

Also, I was looking forward to the reviews that said ``There is an outside cooking process...'', but that was not the case with the cheapest course (^^;)
It's probably best to ask about it when making a reservation!

Next time, I would like to visit them for fun as well!

I was able to enjoy my meal while enjoying the view of Satoyama from the large windows and relaxing time.
The delicate and elaborate dishes made with local ingredients were all delicious, some interesting and others surprising. I could really feel the flavors of the vegetables in the green pepper sauce and grilled eggplant mousse. There were many kinds of desserts and it was fun.
The atmosphere of the store was also very nice.
