One of my favorite local spot in Gakudai. Went here a few times for lunch and dinner. All the food were amazing as you can see from the pictures. I especially love the gyoza which is famous here. The gyoza wrapped in chicken skin was so good too.

The staff here were very welcoming. It feels like going to grandmas house and being served so much delicious food. They always take care of us and give extra spicy sauce since we love spicy food.

Visited at around 7 pm on a national holiday. The queue was very short but had to wait for half an hour. Apparently, a birthday party was being held. The service was good. The staff were efficient and friendly. The dishes were great. The gyozas were crispy and juicy. Awesome with Sapporo akaboshi beer. The subuta (sweet and sour pork) was superb. The pork was tender but had a beautiful texture. The liver was another go-to combo with beer. An awesome experience.

Very cozy and friendly. I had the famous garlic black fried rice that's been featured in TV shows. It comes with either half a ramen or half of a wonton soup. I happened to be the only customer for some time & they gave me a small dessert for free and a Gakugei guide with coupons for other restaurants in the area. Such a welcoming place, will be back for sure!

The cold Tan-Tan noodles (summer menu) were really delicious. The restaurant is family run and has a very friendly atmosphere. It’s busy at lunch but orders are delivered quickly and efficiently. Prices are reasonable and everyone leaves happy. Will definitely be back!
