I had dinner here on a saturday night. It was a nice and cozy atmosphere with warm lighting and a nice vibe of people chatting and background music.
There was a noticeable wait time between courses but it was worth it given how great the presentation and taste of the food was.
The place is foreigner friendly with an English menu and the servers can speak English.
I'm not really a fine dining person but if I ever come to Japan again I will definitely visit this place again.

I had an amazing brunch experience at SHE! The atmosphere of the 1st floor (café & house pottery shop) where, on weekdays you can have lunch or coffee, and on weekends the brunch menu; is very sophisticated and the staff incredibly welcoming.
The BRUNCH MENU, available at noon on weekends is my recommendation. You can choose from gyoza, pasta or meat sets.
The house signature is gyoza so I got the gyoza set which came with: an entree+ sui gyoza + four types of grilled gyoza+ main dish and dessert. For around ¥1800.
I say set, but honestly it was more like a course experience, with each dish coming carefully one after the other in the most beautiful presentation and the staff explaining to us the particularity of each dish.
The food was Impeccable, I cannot recommend enough the dumplings (flavors I think are seasonal, and a mix of many Asian cuisines). The main dish, that you can choose for the set (we got gapao and bulgogi don) is of course good, but nothing compared to the dumplings. I’d go back to try all the creations of the house.
Even thought the address says Shinagawa ward the restaurant is 3min walking from Meguro station.

Nice little local restaurant, down the hill a bit in Meguro. Asian fusion cuisine. Well made and tasty. Local ceramics and crockery on display. Lunch set was a little limited, but the chef managed to make some vegetarian noodles.

The SHE Sushi Lounge upstairs from the Gyoza Bistro is easily the best sushi I've had in Japan so far! Akihiro is an incredible sushi chef, and Nagi is a wonderful host. Both are super nice, friendly, and explain everything you are eating to you. Very impressed by both.
The ambiance is very chill, great music and comfortable bar to eat at, and everything tasted amazing.
If you are looking for awesome sushi and still want access to the gyoza from downstairs, come here. It really is amazing!

Out of our 1 week Visit to Japan this was BY FAR the best restaurant we visited. Very Kind and wonderful staff, and a great value. Best Gyoza I have ever had. The entrance is very unique! If you feel like its just a window, we promise its not! Duck down through the sliding door and enjoy the full sized beautiful interior. Thank you SHE for being the highlight of our visit in Meguro.
