I went to this location and got the Shio ramen.
After four years of being in Japan, I have to say this is probably my favorite bowl of ramen. The ginger is very present and the chashu is first class. Other chashus often like an afterthought to everything else, but not here. If you even remotely like ginger, I would stop in and try the Shoyu and/or Shio.

Simply the best ramen I've had. From chasu, broth and the noodles. I will be back soon.
