There are not many sushi restaurants in Tokyo where wine pairing is available, so I reserved it through a pocket concierge looking for the right conditions.
Sommelier's wine selection and handling paired with cooking were very excellent, and above all, I felt that the quality and cooking skills of ingredients such as tuna, monkfish's liver, sea urchin roe, and mackerel were great.
Despite visiting alone, communication with the sommelier and the Korean staff often talked to me, making the course more than two hours not boring. If you want to eat sushi with wine in Tokyo, I think it's the best choice. I pray for the prosperity of the restaurant.

Came here for my birthday dinner and it was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve had omakase before but this blew me away. I loved the sake and wine pairing and it brought all the flavors together. One of the men spoke in English so it was nice conversing with him. The mood was nice and it was an enjoyable evening.
