Excellent Soba, the main problem is the wait before you can get to it.
As the place has been added to the Michelin Guide with one star award the place has become a hot spot of Nagoya's gourmet crowd.
From outside nothing reflect the cozy atmosphere created by dim lights and jazzy music.
The soba are delicious and as most Michelin started place volume is not enough to fill an hungry stomach.
However quality is excellent.

First visited the wait has been 1h40 before getting to eat.
Second visit arriving at 11am (shop opening time) I was the last to enter and have a seat.
However, the wait is not over even after having been seated.
There are 8 seats facing the counter, those seats are waiting seats to get up to the 3 tables which are the only places where Soba are served.
It took 1 hour to get from the seats nearest the the entrance up to the table and finally enjoy the exquisite handmade Soba.

Definitely recommend to eat on Autumn and Winter time as the air is dry the soba texture is also dryer and the taste is "clearer" than on summer when humidity is high in Japan.
As of 2019 cash only accept payment method
