Shi-fan Review Summary

The interior is nice. It's a good space for casual dinning, dates or business. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered recommendations and we were served at a good pace. The food was standard. There were a few things that were tastier than expected. The char siu pork and roast pork were nice. The siu mai was very good. The peking duck roll was great, but a little too much hoisin. The spring roll was delicious. The fried rice had a great texture, though over-flavored with green onion. The scallop with celery was excellent. I'd go back again to see what else they offer. I'm not sure if they offer an English menu, so bring google translate with you.

Went for a casual lunch. Probably it has become my go-to Chinese in Tokyo.
Comforting mapo tofu, delicious hot and sour noodle soup. Everything is decently priced.

The xiao long bao’ skin is too thick for me so won’t order again but the yaki xiao long bao was pretty good.
The dessert (almond tofu) which comes with the set lunch was great: refreshing, not too sweet and super creamy.

Nice summer staple. Cold dandan noodles.
