An exceptionally Okinawan lunch. First, there was a cold soup made from Moui, a vegetable similar to cucumber, paired with a bit of pork. Following this, the main lunch dish, a "burger" steak made from local Agu pork, topped with shredded Amazon cacao and accompanied with Okinawan herbs and citrus to enhance the flavor further. Dessert was a "Fuchibaku Crème brûlée," infused with local herbs, nuts, and sun-dried salt. Overall, it was a unique and delicious dining experience. Would highly recommend! Note it’s located in a house situated on the second floor. Enjoy the experience! Reservations recommended even for lunch.

I always receive a seasonal lunch course.
Seasonal soups and appetizers are full of local vegetables.
The main dish is pork from Yanbaru.
I like the lemongrass-scented black pepper as an accent.
Dessert is always something I look forward to after a meal.
I always want a second helping of dessert.
I'll come back later.

Visited for dinner.
Cuisine made with local ingredients such as Yanbaru vegetables and Nakijin Agu.
Each carefully crafted dish is a feast for the eyes and a feast for the palate.
I was a little surprised at how delicious Nakijin Agu was.
I asked for a pairing of drinks.
They asked us about our preferences from sparkling wine, wine, and awamori, and selected the one that would go well with the dish.
The recommended green bottle of Miyazato Sake Brewery's ``Harusame'' has a low alcohol content of 15%, but it was quite different from the awamori that is chilled and drunk straight.
It smelled good and I liked it so much that I bought it as a souvenir the next day at the awamori specialty shop ``Kuzakaya'' on Kokusai Street.
it was a fun time.
I will definitely go again.

I felt that they were particular about the ingredients and tableware.
The food was also carefully prepared and delicious.
I felt comfortable with the constant service. Next time, I would like to try a private Japanese-style room.
