[Featuring golden soup] A ramen shop located in Nishikata, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. A chain store operated and developed by BOND OF HEARTS, headquartered in Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture. I ordered ramen and pork minced rice bowl (small). No matter what you say, the golden soup is eye-catching. The soup is made by combining animal-based, fish, and kelp soup stock with white soy sauce, and has a light taste with concentrated umami flavor. Of course it's delicious. When ordering, you can choose between thin noodles or thick noodles, but this time I ordered thin noodles. The thin noodles and this soup go perfectly together. The pork minced rice bowl is also delicious with a soy sauce-based seasoning that has a strong garlic flavor! ! This is a recommended ramen shop. Thank you for the meal.
