Shinga Review Summary

Great small restaurant for a fast bite. I live in the US and haven't had good pork liver for years. Ordered the pork liver stir-fry set and every ingredient was super fresh! Very delicious food. They cook the stir-fry dishes using high power stoves in front of customers but the restaurant was very clean and there were no cooking fumes at all.

Amazing food amazing people

Super sweet family business with simple and yet tasty dishes like Gyoza, Ramen, other soups and fried noodles. Even made a veggie option for me.

Popular Chinese restaurant known for it's excellently nira ramen and fried rice. Expect to wait in line.

The chahan チャーハン is fabulous and the service is warm, friendly and sincere. I will be back without a doubt.
