Although it looks like a simple high-class Chinese restaurant, the many course dishes had the impression that they were packed with concentrated umami flavors. Although the prices are quite high, each dish uses plenty of high-quality ingredients such as Chinese standard shark fin, sea cucumber, and dried abalone in standard dishes such as spring rolls, gyoza, soup, meat buns, fried rice, and bean paste ogoge, and is also creative. It looked simple, but the moment I ate it, the deliciousness spread in my mouth. All the dishes were far more delicious than I expected. I heard that the course contents change four times a year depending on the season, so this is one restaurant I would definitely like to visit again.
