Original sushi restaurant
It used to be open from 18:00 to 25:00, but recently it has become a peaceful business hours of 19:00 to 23:00 lol
It starts with picking, and after a while it starts to alternate between gripping and picking.
It depends on the atmosphere of the other customers that day, but it's not a solemn atmosphere, but a bright, fun and delicious sushi restaurant.
I can't take reservations at all now, but I want to keep going to this restaurant.
There are quite a lot of types of sake, so if you can drink it, please feel free to order it to go with your food.
They are very particular about seasonings, and their homemade natto is exquisite.
If you eat this futomaki made with natto at the end, you won't be hungry until noon the next day.

I've been visiting this restaurant from time to time since the Shirokane era, and it has evolved year by year, and not only the nigiri (sushi) but also the snacks are always delicious. For sushi of this level, it is high cost performance and reasonable. Also, the general's character is the best and makes you feel comfortable.
