Grandma's energetic, high-pitched voice echoed throughout the store, and I was moved by its brightness.

Looking around the store, I saw that many customers were enjoying their favorite dishes, but more than half of them were ordering bean sprout soba. It's probably a popular menu item at this restaurant.

When you take a sip of piping hot bean sprouts, you'll find that it's just the right amount of thick and mildly seasoned, giving you a nostalgic feeling. It really has the feel of an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant in Tokyo. I was able to find satisfying flavors in an unpretentious atmosphere.

Enjoy the deliciousness to the last bite and have a very satisfying moment.
    Thank you for the meal.

    Korakuen Shinsanyo

7.8 minutes from Korakuen Station. Iki Sakashita intersection

The first choice seems to be bean sprout soba (800 yen), but I was drawn to the second most popular paigai ramen (1200 yen) and ordered it.

The harmony of crunchy Chinese cabbage and plump shellfish is wonderful. The noodles are thin, chewy and straight.

I can't stop using chopsticks. And there's quite a lot

    Thank you for the meal🙏

3 minutes walk from Suidobashi Station and Korakuen Station. There is a shop in front of LaQua.
The store is lined with autographs from athletes and celebrities, which shows how popular it is.
I visited around lunch time, and I had a large draft beer, fried rice, shrimp chili, menma, and pork tang.
All of them were very delicious and went well with beer.
The specialty is bean sprout soba, but I ended up eating too much, so I only had the bean sprout sauce, which was also great as a snack.
The seasoning is also strong, so I think it's the best for donbei.
