When you open the lid of the fine jubako box, you'll find 7 large, fragrant pieces of eel.
The second layer is rice, and the eel is placed on top of the rice and the sauce is poured over it.
The eel is large and odorless, with crispy skin and plump, juicy flesh.
It was really delicious.
