Amazing sashimi and tempura, owner is so nice, the menu was all in Japanese, but the owner was patient and tried her best to explain to us,highly recommend!

I was looking for a place where locals would go and where I could eat local fish.
I arrived after 10:00 when the store opened at 11:30, so I was leisurely browsing around the surrounding supermarkets and streets.
I was the first one in, and the work was done very carefully. The fish such as porgy, octopus, and cutlass were delicious, and the miso soup was delicious with crunchy seaweed. I heard that the shirasu kakiage was delicious, so I tried it, and it was very crispy and delicious. The atmosphere is good and I would like to go again. It was a feast!

I had one gurnard made into sashimi, and when I said I wanted to eat the rest, they fried it properly and made it into bone crackers. That's delicious! This kind of thing can only be done by a local chef who knows everything about local fish.
