The sashimi is delicious!
This is the store I was interested in. I wandered around to kill time before a drinking party and happened to pass by this restaurant.
When I entered the store, the owner naturally announced himself and said that he was quite famous.
It seems that it is Macchan, a leading figure in Uokin. He is a very unique person. I was surprised at how delicious the sashimi was. It's much more delicious than a regular izakayaâª
I wasn't able to relax very much in a short time, but I will go again to try all the dishes!

The owner has a strong personality, so it's just a question of whether it fits or not.
Even if you go alone, the owner will take care of you. (If you tell me your favorite type of sake, they will tell you which one is best.)
The sashimi is of a high standard, and the only place in Shinbashi where you can get sashimi of this quality is Uokin.
The selection of sashimi and sake changes each time you visit, so you'll never get tired of it.
