I've been here multiple times and finally decided to leave a review.
Most recently, I was here for lunch. We ordered a lunch set menu that was excellent value - for approximately ¥5,000, you get a soup of the day, croquette, fish, hayashi rice, and dessert.
Their cold consomme is so delicious and unique that I ordered it a la carte on top of my lunch set.
Croquette always perfectly crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside. Excellent flavor.
A bunch of reviewers have expressed disappointment over their omurice - I agree that it's not the best. However, Shiseido Parlour's hayashi rice and curry rice are where it's really at. They whip up a perfect demi-glace sauce base that's an umami bomb. So good.
Reservations are highly recommended, even on weekdays. It's a popular spot and you'd be faced with a long wait and potential disappointment if you just walk in.
Decor is definitely not to everybody's taste. Dated? No, the place feels newly renovated. You just have to accept that it's a shoujo palace targeting Japanese aunties (should be obvious from their website copy LOL.) Every time we've been there, the place was always packed with housewives and old ladies having a great time.
We love it.

This cafe is definitely worth the visit albeit the higher pricing as the dessert and atmosphere are really good.
The cafe itself is really beautiful and there is 2 floor in total with the 1st floor selling beautiful cakes and biscuits and the 2nd floor cafe.
The most delicious dessert here is definitely their Strawberry Parfait and it's definitely worth the price tag as it's really delicious.
Do visit their toilet here in the cafe as its very advance!!

The ice cream looks green but doesn't taste like a green tea. I love the atmosphere as you feel you are sitting in a luxury cafe in Ginza. In the entrance they didn't even show us the menu and immediately gave us a bill that forces us to go upstairs and order!

Ordered set lunch at ¥75,000. Coffee was acidic, appetizer fois gras was mediocre. Sauce was too heavy. The cold Corn cream soup was great. Smooth and flavourful. Lamb chop was tough. The crust of the dessert soaked in the sauce. Not a very good combination.

Arrived a weekday 12.30. The earliest time available was 14.00, so we booked and went to the café one stair below while waiting.
The interior was in gold/beige and looked a bit outdated. Service charge of 10%.
I enjoyed my omelet that was filled with chicken and rice and served with creamy tomato sauce. It was generally soft and creamy. The beef curry was seasoned very differently than Golden Curry I'm used to - it had more sharper seasoning. Generally pleasant, but none of the dishes were super remarkable.
